However, the waste management driver is not merely responsible for the physical collection of the waste products but is also supposed to have the knowledge of the segregation of waste, in accordance with its quantity, nature and category.

Special techniques are required to be practiced and precautions need to be observed while the handling of such waste, which can otherwise lead to a serious set of consequences such as, spread of disease, infection and development of various unhygienic conditions.

Besides, such organizations will also be able to refer the interested individuals to industrial establishments who are keen to take on such employees on board.
